I am creating a game but the code is taking up so much room

I'm anal about comments and having my code look nice, but I'm creating a game and it takes up so many lines of code. I want to add more, but I don't want hundreds of lines of code stuffed into one file. What do I do?#####I only know Java and Python right now.
