I need to vent

When I was 16 I was raped by my friend. I told him no but he kept doing it. Aftet that I struggled with mental health and depression. I’m an adult now but a few years ago I started to have mental health problems again and I’m worried that this is going to be with me for the rest of my life. I couldn’t tell my dad because he is never taking a woman’s word especially if it’s about sexual assault and he would never believe me. I hope that one day I can feel okay again.
