My wife bought meal prep tubs and wants me to cook with them, I have no idea what to do with them since I’m a noob

My wife recently bought meal prep tubs but she has no time for cooking. I’m a complete noob when it comes to cooking but I now have to cook though. I came to this sub and god damn the meals here look good and appetizing, I want to make it but I’m not sure what I’m doing. I asked some redditors what are some basic food that I can do and they said salad, rice, roasted vegetables, etc but I’m still lost lol. How do I start? Is there like a “cooking for noob” recipe? I highly appreciate your help!
