How do you get over the feeling of nothing?

I’ve been coding for the last 3 years on and off and I still feel like I’ve done nothing at all. Like… my mind is blank. I done nothing. I’ve built a whole bunch of programs, applications, websites and games but still I feel like I’ve done nothing. I’ve made consistent progress over the last 3 years but I feel like I haven’t done anything whatsoever over the course of the 3 years and I’m left with a feeling of nothingness. Anyone know what I mean? How would you get over this feeling?
