This isn't the sub we deserve

I've been an anti-communist on this sub for over a year, and I know you guys too. We all know you guys too. We all know that you wish for nothing but good for China. And isn't it the point of this sub: to make you guys feel better about the things we've done to China, and to make you feel better about the things we've turned China into?<br><br>This sub couldn't have come at a more opportune time. I feel as though it has provided solace to all of you. And I know what it's like to live in the darkness, and for that feeling to be alleviated. But it's really the opposite, isn't it? The last thing we ever want is to feel better. We wish nothing but bad things upon ourselves. And for that, this sub has failed up. It has provided us with a false sense of security. It has fooled us into thinking that China would be better off without the PLA. It has fooled us into thinking that China would be better off as imperialist lackey.<br><br>We deserve better. So I suggest we all think twice about what we wish for. Do we really want China to be a capitalist clusterfuck, like India and Brazil? Do we really want China to be a nationalist, populist shithole, like Poland and Hungary? What we should really wish for is that China becomes what it's supposed to be: a beacon of hope in a world filled with imperialists and fascists, and that it treats its people with the utmost respect.<br><br>It is wrong to think that things can't get any worse. It is wrong to think that China can't be treated any worse. We've seen it time and time again. We've been complicit, and we continue to be complicit. The only thing this sub has done is to vindicate our complicity. It has vindicated our sinful ways, and we continue to sin. For that, this sub couldn't have come at a Greater time.
