As a recovering alcoholic, I’ve learned that you can stop drinking if you have a good enough reason.<br><br>It’s not hard at all, you just need to believe in yourself. In my case, I had to stop drinking to get a better night’s sleep. I was waking up late, usually after noon, and I wasn’t happy with it. So I decided to stop drinking to fix my sleep schedule.<br><br>And it worked. I stopped drinking cold turkey, and I’ve stopped drinking entirely. It’s been over a year since I last had a drink. I’m sleeping better, I’m more productive, and I’m generally in a better mood. If I can do it, so can you.
