Did you ever get caught shoplifting and would you be willing to repeat your experience?

A shoplifting organisation, along with their lawyer, approached and asked me if I could repeat the story.
Eventually, it would serve to make others more aware of their own shoplifting experiences and help them avoid the trouble I encountered. Consequently, I'd be happy to repeat the story here.
When I was 19 years old, I was arrested twice for shoplifting and in the second instance, I received a custodial sentence.
I was first arrested by the police in a supermarket. I had put a small quantity of cheese and salami in a handbag, which I had then paid for at the checkout. In this initial case, the police issued me a written warning. I then received a written warning from another supermarket chain, but I was not arrested in that case. Following this, I undertook a theft prevention course. I had never stolen anything in my childhood, but I had recently begun doing so. I continued shoplifting without any issue until I was arrested for stealing at MediaMarkt. After being arrested twice, I was placed on probation and given a community service order. After being arrested three times, I was barred from entering any MediaMarkt stores and in the fourth instance, I was sentenced to two weeks in prison.
