Tony Hawk here, 5x Olympic Medalist. My new documentary "Until the Wheels Fall Off" is out now, so I'm doing an AMA.

Hey, it's Tony Hawk. I'm definitely not typically on the internet except to check surf reports or try to find the cheating codes for The Sims, so forgive me if I fumble this or don't quite get the Chambers humor. But I'm pumped to be here, because I've got a new documentary out that I'm really proud of, and I'm excited to share it with all of you.

It's called "Until the Wheels Fall Off", and it's out today on the Epix Channel, as well as Amazon Prime Video. I hope you'll give it a watch, 'cause I think it's maybe the coolest, most intimate look at my life you've ever seen – unless you're one of the 3.5 million people who's seen Dogtown and Z-Boys, in which case I just consider us to be old friends.

I've been skating for more than half a century, so I've definitely got some stories to tell. And I'm happy to tell them – so go ahead and ask me anything.

UPDATE: Thank you for 15,000 comments. I'm gonna continue to respond as long as I can, but I might have just thrown out my neck trying to read half of these so I might need some Advil soon.

EDIT: I'm back home now from a great session. The Gnnarlar is still alive but definitely needs some work. Thank you for all the comments so far, I have a bunch of you starred so I can follow up later. Will post some video once I figure it out.
