Describing someone’s physical appearance

Hey I just started writing this story a few days ago but I was really worried about how I’m going to describe a character’s physical appearance in a realistic way. <br><br>I was thinking about this because my story is in first person so it’s hard to describe how my character looks. I thought it would be weird to just randomly think about how blue my eyes are or how I have brown hair. I was also thinking that it would be weird to ask someone how my character looks, or ask someone else to describe me in that way. <br><br>So I came to this brilliant idea: to ask Reddit. <br><br>I know that this is a little embarrassing, but oh well, I’m braving it anyway I guess. <br><br>I would really appreciate it if you could comment below whatever you think I look like. Too long of a face? Too small eyes? Too large ears like Dumbo? It’s all good to me as long as it goes in the story. <br><br>Edit: I’m not the person that downvoted everyone, I just want it to be clear
