Today morning I saw a post where a young lady was wondering how she could have made her puffy rotis better. She had taken her roast to work and he was disappointed as it looked unappetizing.

She confessed that she was going to a bakery course and trying to make these rotis under the supervision of her husband. She thought it would help to get better at cooking puffy rotis and rotis.

I am not trying to be hurtful when I say that the rotis were too thick, burnt and looked unappetizing.

I had an impression that she was blaming herself and trying to get better at cooking.

It is quite apparent that she was working and the reason she was trying to make food was for a love of her husband.

When I read her post, I felt sad. It reminded me of all women who struggle to keep up with everything and are not happy about it.

It is quite apparent that she was trying too hard and it is making her unhappy.

In my humble opinion women should learn to say no. Women are stronger than men but we are also vulnerable.

Women should love to say yes but it should not be mandatory. There are times when they need to prioritise themselves.

When women learn to say no, they discover that love is unconditional

For the love of God, don't push yourself to do everything under the sun. It is fine to say No.
