Songs SUDDENLY changing right as they are about to end is damn weird.

this has happened WAY too many times for it to be a coincidence. I will be playing music on my PC and then SUDDENLY the song will skip to the next one right before it ends. I want to finish the song, I don't want it to skip, so I replay the song... only for it to skip again as it is ending. I will have to physically go and pause the song before it ends to prevent the next song from playing. I've been telling everybody about this, but nobody seems to find it weird... whats up with that? we should all be able to agree that this is some weird glitch in the matrix.
