\*Real success\*: Do you know what being a real success is? You know, the type of success that makes real money, has a great work/life balance and is really enjoying life? I’m sure you do. Unfortunately, the one thing it isn’t, is the kind of success that you’ll be taught in \*school\* or \*uni\*.

\*Education success\*: Do you know what being a success in \*uni\* is? You know, the kind of success that is the centrepiece of your parents’ conversations and leads to a great job? I’m sure you do. And yes, that will make you a “success”, but you won’t be financially independent, as you will need to spend most of your wages on your mortgage, and you will have to make sacrifices to get there. You will have to give up money, time and and probably quite a bit of your sanity along the way.

\*My story\*: I went to \*uni\* and dropped out. I spent the next 10 years drinking and doing drugs, earning 0$ doing 0 work while living on a beach in Thailand. I then spent the next 10 years learning a trade, earning 0$ doing 8 hours of work a day while living in a shoe box in London, Bangkok or Hong Kong. I then spent the next 10 years being a “success” on the corporate ladder, earning quite a bit of money while working 12 hours a day and living in a big house in London or Bangkok. But I still wasn’t financially free. Then I had a bit of a breakdown, quit my job, moved back to the island and had a bit of a crisis. Then I woke up one day, took a deep breath, looked in the mirror, and said: “what’s wrong with you? You’ve spent years doing nothing, then you’ve spent years learning a trade, and then you’ve spent years climbing the corporate ladder, and you’re telling me that you still haven’t figured it out???” And then I sat down and wrote this list. I made 3 columns, one for “money”, one for “time” and one for “sanity”. I listed all the pros and cons of my past 10 years on the corporate ladder and all the pros and cons of my next 10 years off the ladder. In all cases, every year of my past decade had far too many negatives, and every year of my next decade had far too many positives. \*So I quit\*. I took a deep breath, and just quit. I walked away from the money, from the career, from the “success”. \*And it was all worth it\*. I’m now on the beach with my wife, who I met in my last year of the decade, who I love more than anything in the world. We have no debt, we have no mortgage, and we have no need to go back to work. We spend 8 hours a day on the beach together, drinking, eating and sunbathing. And I still make money, from the fruits of my last decade, which I can harvest whenever I want. And we still spend money, we can buy whatever we want and go wherever we want and do whatever we want.

\*The problem\*: The problem isn’t your education. Nor is it your intelligence. Nor is it your desire to get things done. Nor is it your ability to get things done. The problem is that you’re studying the wrong things, learning the wrong things, and not practicing the right things, in order to be a “success”.

\*The answer\*: The answer to all of this, is what I call \*“The Path”\*. It will lead you to success, through the knowledge, skills and abilities you learn along the way. But it’s not the kind of success that you’ll ever learn in \*uni\*, or in the \*real world\*. It’s the kind of success that will last you a lifetime. The kind of success that will lead you to financial freedom, as well as freedom of thought and freedom of movement.

\*So what now?\*: So now, you have a choice. You can either:

A) Continue on your current path, pick up a few study tips along the way, try new techniques, join a few communities, work your arse off and end up being a “success”. A success that you’ll never know the real value of, until you’ve sacrificed everything else along the way, and ended up with no time, no money, no sanity and no motivation. \*Or\*

B) Take a shortcut, by following \*“The Path”\*. Learn how to
make passive income, so you have as much money as you want, without
having to sacrifice as much time.

\* \*Learn how to spend less time\*\*, so you don’t have to sacrifice as much of your sanity while you’re making money.

\* \*Learn how to make better decisions\*\*, so you stay motivated
and keep making money for free.

\* \*Learn how to avoid debt\*\*, so you don’t throw money away
on things you don’t need.

\* \*Learn how to avoid being controlled\*\*, so you don’t waste time
on things that don’t serve you.

\* \*Learn how to protect yourself\*\*, so you save time and money that you would otherwise lose.

\* \*Learn how to generate leads\*\*, automate your work and outsource
tasks, so you spend even less time on work.

\* \*Learn how to generate \*\*passive income\*\*, so you spend even less time on work.

\* \*Learn how to scale your business\*\*, so you make even more
money for even less time.

\* \*Learn how to flip businesses\*\*, so you can buy businesses
for cheap and sell them for a lot more.

\* \*Learn how to close deals\*\*, so you can make a lot more money
faster.

\* \*Learn how to invest in real estate\*\*, so you can make money
while you’re sleeping.

\* \*Learn how to invest in stocks and shares\*\*, so you can make
money while you’re sleeping.

\* \*Learn how to invest in crypto\*\*, so you can make money
while you’re sleeping.

\* \*Learn how to invest in businesses\*\*, so you can make money
while you’re sleeping.

\*So now, what are you waiting for???\*: Simply unsubscribe and close your laptop. Go out and make money. Go out and make decisions. Make better decisions. Protect yourself. Generate leads. Automate your work. Outsource your work. Close deals. Invest in property, stocks, crypto and businesses.
