I've been meal prepping my meals for the longest time now, I've always found it really helps me with weight and gives me a balanced diet.

But I just started my new job as a nurse and suddenly it feels like voila.

My salads, just some chicken and veggies and grains, cost me about £8 to make a day's worth. Which isn't too bad, and works out way cheaper than what I'd otherwise spend at Starbucks before work, but I still feel £8 is a lot.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make it cheaper?

Loool sorry I'm still new to this, and I'm probably in the wrong place x

TIA
