I can't wait for the housing market to bust because of this financial crisis.

Seems like everyone put their life's savings into the stock market and now losing their shirts. We've seen some of the most demanding buyers during our seller's market and they're mostly investors. They need to realize houses are not something to be gambled with. I love how people act like the prices are going to go astronomically high, but really, people need to pay their houses outright and pay the taxes on it every year. No personal debt, no credit cards, just a house and a garden. I'd rather be off the grid.
