I got a girlfriend but now I'm just more lonely

So I finally got my first girlfriend and now I feel more lonely than ever. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that we haven't had a real conversation in months. We met in the fall and she was super cool and we would actually talk and hang out. We got together but then she went back to her hometown for winter break and they just never came back. I'm not even mad at her for it, I would totally do the same but I'm just so done with my life here and I'm gonna move to the other side of the country in a couple of months. <br><br>So basically the whole time we've been together, we've only been together for a couple of months. Now she's not even talking to me properly anymore and she just texts me "yep" or "okay" when I say anything. I just feel so disconnected from the world and it's my birthday tomorrow so I'm already feeling like shit and I just want someone to hang out with but no one wants to hang out. <br><br>What do I do<br><br>Edit: I'm 19 but she's 18 so we're basically the same age. Yeah we've lived together for a couple of months and during that time we did hang out but my whole relationship has basically been over text and she's just kinda stopped talking to me. It's her birthday today btw
