Why are the "top 5" anime lists full of the same old shit every single time?

Every time I see one of these lists (and I see them frequently on this site), it's always:<br><br>> Attack on Titan<br><br>> Dragonball<br><br>> My Hero Academia<br><br>> Naruto<br><br>> One Piece<br><br>Or it's five of the following:<br><br>> Pokemon<br><br>> Fairy Tail<br><br>> Bleach<br><br>> Fullmetal Alchemist<br><br>> Sword Art Online<br><br>Now obviously they are all good shows, that's why they are so popular. But doesn't anyone ever get sick of recommending the same shows? There are literally hundreds of thousands of anime out there, and yet these top 5 lists always have the same five shows. <br><br>For example, I like anime where the main character is a really overpowered skeleton, but I have no idea where to go when looking for more shows like that. That's why these lists are so frustrating because they rarely ever recommend anything else.<br><br>Does anyone else share this frustration?
