If you get off work at 3pm, you shouldn't have to wait until 5pm to go drink at a bar/restaurant.

I don't understand why they don't just open their bar at 3pm. A lot of places close at 10-11pm so your cutting out 2 hours where you could sell alcohol to people that just get off work.
