Does anyone else fail their meal prep almost weekly?

I usually get 5 days of meal prep done. Every Sunday I spend at least 2 hours cooking and portioning and it usually lasts me until the following Friday or Saturday.<br><br>But then out of nowhere, I'll just completely fail it. I'll go grab a huge burger instead of bringing my meal prep to work. Then I'll get a big takeout pizza and have leftovers for the next 2 days. Or I'll have breakfast at a diner instead of bringing a protein shake. It's like I just binge eat for a day or two and then feel guilty right after and try to go back to my meal prep.<br><br>I guess I'm just getting sick of the meal prep but I also want to lose some weight.
