Quick and Easy Flashcard Method

This is a basic "flashcard" method that I found to be really effective, with minimal work.<br><br>Step 1. Write down key word or phrase in your notes. <br><br>Step 2. Write down the definition. <br><br>Step 3. Train yourself to "flash" the definition into your mind instantly when you see the key word.<br><br>For example, in my real estate law class, I wrote down "Undue Influence" and trained myself to "flash" into my mind the definition, "A person takes advantage of another person to affect a change in a legal document, wherein the change is against the wishes of the person the document affects".<br><br>Then, when you are reading your notes, look at the key word and "flash" the definition into your mind. After awhile, you will be able to "flash" the entire definition with little effort. <br><br>This is a good way to memorize because it's more efficient to memorize based on key words or phrases, rather than trying to memorize an entire paragraph.
