Twitter has been shut down for people in Russia by the Russian goverment.

Russia has shut down access to Twitter using a "law" passed last year, that says that websites that store personal data should store that data on russians servers. So now anyone in Russia with a Russian isp provider wont be able to enter Twitter. The reason for this is as they say that Twitter uses "child porn". I am Russian and im not even surprised. It is going more and more into a dictatorship, and the government is oppressing opposition stronger and stronger.<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit: Twitter didn't really block anything. Its just slow and doesnt work with some providers. Its just a message on a gray screen saying "Twitter violates Russian law and the courts decision about it is in effect".
