How do you make flashcards with 2 terms, or more?

I'm trying to study a new language with my flashcards (a Romance language, so they have a lot of cases and forms, verb drilling, and things like that) and I want to know if anyone has a technique for making flashcards with more than one term. For example I have a 3rd person singular verb that means 'to be on the move' and I want to know the present participle of that, the regular and irregular past definite conjugation in both the singular and plural forms, and then I want to make all the forms into different tenses like the conditional, imperfect, and future. So I have 4-6 different tenses and 3-4 different forms (s/p, singular/plural, 1st/2nd etc.) so that's a lot of different flashcards to make and don't want to have 50 flashcards for just one word. I know I could just make a note and put all the forms in there but then I won't know the specific words or meanings. Anyone's help is much appreciated. Thanks. I used to make different flashcards for different forms but then I had 7 flashcards for one single word and I have to keep all 7 in order so I know what they all are or it's pointless. Thanks in advance guys.
