AITA for not allowing a woman to use my house for a wedding for free since I’m disabled and won’t be paying for wedding venues

Context: I just started dating this girl and knew her and her older brother in HS. She’s older than me by 3yrs, so she graduated before I did. <br>Anyways, she wanted to get married and asked if she could use my house since I won’t be able to afford a wedding … ever. I’m currently on disability and won’t be able to work most likely ever again, so my money is very tight. <br><br>I told her no, and that it’s not really public parking friendly and with the neighbors… They’re nice for the most part but one will contact police over anything. I had a hard time finding a place to park with the people from church coming over for bible study and pot luck.<br><br>She got mad and said that I’m an ass for not letting her family use my house for free and that I’m just not giving her the time of day even tho we just started dating. I told her that I’m not comfortable with having hundreds of people in my yard and that yes, I’m having bible study and church pot lucks here and it’s not a problem since it’s just about 40 people and there are a lot of cars on the street in the neighborhood at that time anyways. <br><br>I told her I’m sorry that she’s upset, but I’m not comfortable with it. I’m comfortable with my decision. She said that I’m a jerk for not letting her use the place for free and that she’s disappointed in me. But then she said if I change my mind to contact her.<br><br>I haven’t heard from her in 2 weeks and I’m okay with that. But I am wondering if I’m an ass for not letting her use my house for free?
