Because l can't join a gym and l missed 2 appointments with the doctor for check ups.<br><br>Does anyone have advice for me?<br><br>I feel like l can take some vitamins, try some mental exercises and other stuff.<br><br>What do you think l should do?<br><br>Edit;<br><br>I suffer from crohns disease, l was on medication for it before, l stopped for no reason at all, and l feel ashamed here so l need to get over it.
