What the hell is wrong with people???

Hey everyone I wanted to know if someone has encountered this before!! I’ll try to make this short. I’m not sure if I posted this in the wrong category I’m on mobile right now so if this is in the wrong category sorry!! <br><br>I was down at the part of town where the local dealers and junkies hang out. I was looking to buy some dope. When I walked passed this homeless guy he told me he had some dope on him and was wondering if I wanted to buy it from him. He pulled it out of his pocket and I noticed it was green and it was in a bag. Now in my city we get our dope from Mexico a lot and it’s brown. So if it’s brown or black I know it’s probably good. But green I’ve never seen before!! He told me to shoot it up on the street?? I told him no like I’m not going to shoot up dope on the street from some random homeless guy with random dope!! I told him I was going to take it home and I was going to smoke it first before I was going to shoot it up!! He started to look at me weird and said why are you going to smoke it I thought you were gonna shoot it up?? I told him when I buy dope from people I don’t know I try to smoke a little bit first before I shoot it up!!! There’s too many people out there lacing the dope these days!! Than he said why are you going to smoke it?? You want to get high?? Than I told him I don’t want to get sick and I want to make sure it’s good before I shoot it up!!
