My favorite time management trick is to ask yourself if you would do a task if you were in the body of a completely and utterly healthy person who had the same financial situation and job as you, but with no disabilities, chronic illnesses, or pain control needs.

If you would do that task if you were fully healthy, but you're only not doing it because of health issues, *that's okay*, you can take a rest. But if you wouldn't do the task even if you felt completely healthy, then there is another option. Instead of your body being unable to do the task, your mind can be unable to do the task, and you can simply choose not to do it.

You can choose not to do a task if it makes you too tired, but you also have the option of choosing not to do a task because it's boring, or too hard, or because you would rather be playing video games.

At first glance the difference between your body being unwilling to do a task and your mind being unwilling might seem small, but if you pay close attention to it, you should notice a difference in your emotions. It will feel like a physical difference in your body.
