My brother is dying and it's an uncomfortable situation

So, my brother is dying from a brain aneurysm. He's in a coma and my parents are trying to make the decision to pull the plug. Upon cleaning his house, we found a condo I didn't know he owned. My parents didn't know about it either. It's an entire fully furnished house that we didn't know about and the rules of the condo rules specify that every condo has to be owned by a family or man (I forgot which) which makes us think he has a wife or kids. Upon further inspection, we found a ring and a baby picture. It's resulted in a very awkward situation because first, we can't find any documentation of him being married or having any kids. Second, it's awkward that we didn't know about him being married and having a child. Third, we don't even know the complete name of his wife/child so it's hard to find them or contact them. He also left no instructions about what to do in the future.
