What if Earth was invaded by aliens who were all handicapped?

This was something my friend told me the other day which at first made me laugh. I still think it’s kinda funny but the more I think about it, the more I can actually see it as a pretty cool concept for a story.<br><br>Imagine aliens with ships that float above all our nations’ capitals, demanding we surrender. All of the aliens who exit these ships to meet with our leaders have handicaps. Wheelchair bound, seeing-eye dogs, oxygen tanks, prosthetic limbs.<br><br>Wouldn’t this change how humanity reacts? How would we justify defending ourselves? Do we try to negotiate with them? Do we surrender and hope for the best?<br><br>I think it could be a pretty cool social commentary of how people with handicaps are treated.
