What is this "angry at my therapist for buying a new car instead of putting the money to the poor" bullshit I'm seeing all over Chambers?

I just spent a bunch of time on different parts of Chambers and I keep seeing this same story come up about this man who was angry at his therapist for buying a brand new Jeep. This man apparently believed that his therapist should have spent the money helping the poor or something instead. I don't know. He was so angry that he stopped going to therapy, and now he's going around shaming his ex-therapist, so much so that he has now posted screenshots of the therapist's profile on multiple subreddits. He also has insulted his therapist about her weight and made comments about her appearance. <br><br>I see this post all the time, and I feel like the only person horrified by this! I don't give a shit if my therapist buys a new car every other day. How does that affect me? I don't care about what my therapist spends their money on. I care about what I spend my money on. It's my responsibility to manage my finances, not theirs. If they spent all their money helping the poor instead of buying a new car, who gives a shit? I'm not sure what this is supposed to prove? Do you think doctors are supposed to live in poverty? Are they not allowed to live nice lives? These doctors aren't the ones keeping the poor in poverty, it's greedy billionaires who do that. I'm also not sure how they are supposed to give away all their money to the poor. Are they supposed to just write a check to random poor people? What? sb<br><br>I don't give a fuck about what they do with their money. I care about what they do in therapy and how they are as a person towards me, and this therapist seems fine. I don't care if she has a new car, an old car, no car, etc. Who cares? Do you think people working at Burger King and Walmart are supposed to live in poverty too? Doctors aren't the ones keeping the poor in poverty. They also are not the ones responsible for helping the poor. Also, a lot of doctors are already helping the poor. They're doctors. They're in healthcare. They help people who are sick and injured. <br><br>I don't get why this is so hard to understand. Why does everyone care so much about what other people spend their money on? It's so strange.
