My husband is a chef and he was put in charge of a high end restaurant last year. Since then he spends a lot of time at work. He hires a new Sous last July and I could tell he was immediately infatuated with her. She's young (24) and very pretty.

He started coming home from work later and later until he was staying in the restaurant apartment. We had a fight in November and he moved in with his sister. When I called him to beg him to come home he accused me of cheating on him. He told me he had proof that I was cheating with the insurance agent that comes to our store (I own a little bookstore). This was crazy because this man is old enough to be my father and is wearing a colostomy bag. I was so confused and asked if this was a joke until he sent me pictures of me talking to this man in our bookstore. He said that he hired a PI to follow me and he had proof of me cheating with other men.

The pictures he sent were all from work. They were customer interactions, mostly me reading to kids. The insurance agent picture was from when he came in to discuss our policy renewal. I told him this but he didn't care. He said that I could have been cheating and he just didn't have proof yet.

In December I hired a PI and it didn't take long to get the proof I needed that he was cheating with his Sous. I-filed for divorce in early February and it should be final by July. In the mean time he has the mistress living with him and his sister is upset about it. He doesn't care and is rude to her husband and kids.

Our anniversary is April 1 and I will have the divorce papers on March 30. I want to deliver them to his mistress at the restaurant. I plan on making a big scene and humiliate her. I want her to feel like she)<=nt her stupid mistake of thinking she was better than me.

Can I serve his mistress the divorce papers or do I need to serve my husband the papers? How would I get his mistress's address? She's listed on his insurance as living at our address.
