Is there anywhere on the internet that I can talk to a human?

I'm on several email lists for a company, I got the first 3 emails with no issues. The 4th one went to spam, and I couldn't find it until later. I sent a message to their support email, secretary's email, and filled out a contact us form, and not once did I get a response. I put my phone number in the contact form, the email, and support. I am a paying customer, old customer at that, and I can't get a human?<br><br>This morning, I bought something from a different company. The company sent me a link to pay, and I got a voicemail<br><br>Hi, this is [insert name], you were on the phone with me at [insert time] for [insert topic]. We weren't able to resolve this over the phone. I have opened a case for this, and we will be in touch.<br><br>I called back about an hour later, and after a 12 minute wait, I got an American, who worked for the company and was able to resolve this.<br><br>How is it that my phone call getting dropped = resolution, but me reaching out to 5 different people = nothing?<br><br>Is there anywhere on the internet that still has humans on the other end?<br><br>It felt so nice having a human on the phone, being able to resolve a problem so quickly. I don't remember the last time I was able to have someone on the phone resolve an issue.
