I see hooded figures

I see hooded figures every day. I'm a bus driver. I see them out the window in the streets. <br><br>I see them at the grocery store while i’m shopping.<br><br>I see them walking past my house and peeking their heads through the blinds. Often. <br><br>You know the ones. They’re always wearing baggy black outfits and have their hoods always up. Their faces are always down. They don’t look up. They don’t acknowledge that anyone else is near them. They just lurk. <br><br>Sometimes they’ll be walking down the street and it’s 80° outside. They’re still weariug a loose black raincoat and hood.<br><br>Sometimes they’re not even wearing pants. <br><br>They walk in groups and don’t talk. They walk by themselves. They just lurk. <br><br>I feel like I see these people everywhere I go. I’m not sure what their point is. I only notice these people because of the way they act. <br><br>Is this something new for anyone else?
