Can someone please calculate the nutrition info for this meal prep?

I've been doing this meal prep for the past 3 weeks, and it's working well for me. I'm a 38 year old male, 6'1, weighing 220 lbs. I've been doing P90X and before that, Insanity. <br><br>I have a three meal prep containers with the following in each:<br><br>* 6 oz of boneless, skinless chicken breast<br>* 6 oz of sweet potato<br>* 6 oz of pasta<br><br>I also drink a gallon of water a day as well.<br><br>Here are the stats I've found for each:<br><br>* 6 oz of chicken breast is 155 calories and 31g of protein<br>* 6 oz of sweet potato is 115 calories<br>* 6 oz of pasta is 300 calories<br><br>I just want to know the nutrition info for each meal, and what I'm taking in for the day. <br><br>If you have any advice for a person who is trying to get in shape, please let me know. I'm open to any suggestions :)
