OpenAI is at the top of Google search results right now, are they buying search results or is Google pushing them up in the search results?

For years this was a conspiracy theory, for years Google denied they ever searched for a specific company for better search results. But now it's a fact, OpenAI is magically at the top of every single search result I do in Google. I'm not even looking for OpenAI I'm just doing my regular searches and now OpenAI is at the top of every single search results. This is either OpenAI buying the top 2-3 spots in search results or this is Google pushing OpenAI to the top of search results.<br><br>OpenAI is at the top of every single search result I do in Google.
