What is the best way to get started being a product manager in 2023?

We have a Product Manager role internally in our company and we have had 0 taker so far in last 2 weeks. I am being approached by senior leadership to consider this role and I am not sure where to start and how to build up the skills.<br><br>I am a skilled technical person but I am not sure about product management. I do have some experience with agile being a scrum master for the team and being a team manager for the team.<br><br>Please share your thoughts on how to build a career path in Product management.<br><br>&#x200B;
