How can we deal with people acting like these elections are the end of the world?

Firstly, I'm a communist myself, but the doomer side of our movement is becoming more and more annoying.<br><br>I'm sick of these people acting like a Biden win, or Trump win, or whoever winning is basically the end of the world. It isn't. The next day, we will wake up, go to work, and continue to push for a better society. A better world is still achievable if we work towards it, no matter who wins the president.<br><br>My state is going to go Trump, it was decided long ago, but you know what that will change? Absolutely nothing. Things will still be the same, moreso because the political system in my country is specifically designed to maintain the status quo. I'm not saying that we should just accept the result and go on with our lives, what I am saying is that these elections won't change a thing, and that it's just another reminder that we need to continue working towards a better future, no matter what.<br><br>I'm sick of these doomer communists that act like these elections will somehow change the world. They won't, because our current political system is specifically designed to prevent radical change. Things will stay the same, and if we want actual change, it's not going to come through the ballot box.
