I’ve been doing meal prep since around 2019 to take care of my health because I have a job, and I’m really busy with work and commute, but I’ve come across a ton of videos being shared recently that are all meal preps under $1.50 per serving. I do a lot of roasted vegetables and protein. I do a lot of rice and quinoa and beans and lentils, but I have never gotten anywhere near that price point. I don’t really think that’s realistic unless you’re going for the bare minimum macronutrient value.

How do you guys do it so cheaply? I understand if you don’t want to share your secrets, but this is really starting to piss me off when people claim these price points on Tiktok.
