Who buys open AI premium?

I am very confused. I'm no where near the usage limits for free, but I'm going to use open AI all day. I need it to get work done. I'm not going to be able to shell out 20 a month though. That's a lot of money for me, and my business definitely can't afford it. I'm just wondering, who/what actually pays for this? I'm assuming big corporations, but is it worth it to?
