What are your least favourite airport(s) and why?

I'll start. I was in KUL on December 16th and on the same day, there was a Malaysian festival. This meant there were no airport employees at KUL at all; no air staff, no immigration, no customs, no nothing. I ended up lining up for 4 hours, which made me miss my flight, and the flight after that also.
