My friends and I are going to a super nice restaurant in my city. I have to get a whole meal for under 20 per person and I'm going crazy

Hey all. I'm planning a night at the Penthouse restaurant in Hobart and the organizer asked me to make sure that there will be a full course meal for everyone for about 20 dollars. I've got 10 people to feed, and a cocktail bar in a building over the ocean is gonna be expensive. I believe I've figured it out and I thought I would share.

The Restaurant is on the top of a building that is over the ocean and it has a cocktail bar. The food is French-inspired. I am picking the menu based on the menu they have on their website.

**Appetizer:**

When you are cheap, you have to be funny, so you get the charcuterie board. Canned cheese, pickles, bread, and wieners. It would be half of the budget for everyone to get an appetizer, so I'm gonna give people cheese and bread and call it a day.

**Entree:**

Asparagus salad with a fried egg. Asparagus is cheap and a fried egg is a good way to fill people up. I don't know what cheese the Penthouse uses, so I am not going to use any. There's no way I can afford that for 10 people.

**Main:**

I believe this is going to be the big one. I'm going to make a beef wellington for everyone. I will make a big one and cut it up so everyone gets a bit. My estimate is that it will cost about 10 dollars per person and I'll serve it with boiled veggies and mashed potatoes.

**Dessert:**

I'm gonna make chocolate mousse. It's easy and cheap.

So the total is about 12 per person. I am so happy and my friends are going to love it. If you want to see how it turns out, I'll give you an update.
