How do you "look" as a minimalist?

I just watched a tiktok of a popular minimalist influencer and her daughter and it made me think about something. (I'm not bashing minimalism or them, not at all!)

The minimalist that was talking about stuff that she owned, and things that she uses, just made me think about it.

I love my husband and we have a very small house and we have double the things that these women had.
But looking at our home and how we live, seeing what gives joy to me and my husband, I feel like I have "too much stuff" and that I want to live in the same way, as in not having more than needed.

A woman in the video had 3 cups, I have 2, she had 3 white T shirts, I have 9, she had 3 sets of sheets, I have 6. And many more, I just can't tell you because it's a video and I didn't know how to write it all down.
At first she said that she gave everything to her daughter, then she told her daughter to get rid of it all too.

My question is how far is too far? Should I have 1 set of sheets and a cup? What is considered "minimal" and should we all get rid of everything and live literally with bare essentials? I mean I have 6 blankets, she doesn't need any, or so she said.
I have 2 cups and we never fight over who gets which one, but I also think that I can be happy with 1 cup.

What do you think about that one cup? Where is the line between just "not having 'junk' and living minimalistically, and having "too much stuff"?
