How do Apple Watch people not break it

I had one for 3 years. My wife used it to clean the garage. She lost it.<br><br>I have a Fitbit. It's cracked. I dropped it on the floor. It fell in the pool. It got crushed in the gym bag. I still haven't managed to destroy it, despite my best efforts.
