Meal prep really helped me in tough times

Last week, I was sick. Now, I don't get sick very often, but this time I was hit hard. I wasn't really capable of doing much of anything except laying in bed. I was super lucky that I had already meal prepped everything for the week. The bf was able to just reheat. I wasn't lucky enough to have a sick day at work, so I was working from home too. I didn't have to worry about food for any of us.<br><br>I don't know how I ever survived without meal prep.
