If Pete Davidson sues Charlie Kirk and TPUSA because of the sketch he did on Saturday Night Live then we have officially crossed a very disturbing line in American history.

Quite frankly, this isn't even close. The line between hate speech/libel/slander and parody/comedy has always been very much defined. What is happening though is a scary new line that is being pushed by the political right in the US. It's a line that hasn't been crossed since the 1950s when the red scare was going on and people were being sued for speaking dissenting opinions on communism.

Today, celebrities and politicians are being openly threatened with lawsuits and being called terrorists for simply speaking out against conservatives or conservatives in general. People like Charlie Kirk are calling for people to be shot for their political views, he's calling for people to be imprisoned for their political views. The line that Charlie Kirk and others like him are crossing is a line of labeling international terrorism.

Now, the term terrorism is used very openly and openly misused. However, if you use the definition of terrorism then Charlie Kirk has openly called for murder, violence, and imprisonment of Americans and people all over the world because of their political views. This is terrorism.

If Pete Davidson sues Charlie Kirk and TPUSA for calling him a pedophile, then we have officially as a country crossed a line where we are openly prosecuting people for their political views. This is a very, very dangerous line and it is not being talked about.
