If you pay your doctor bills you will get screwed over

I know this seems strange but our insurance does not cover many doctor visits. I just got an invoice for a visit that was 400 dollars and my wife said we got a call saying we owe 150 dollars. You know what? When my icd is placed and I get billed for thousands I will make them write it off. Our insurance company is going to make a big payout and the doctor will have to write it off. Funny how that is.
