I was almost kidnapped at age 3

This is a throwaway account because I'm married now and my Reddits account is connected to my real name. <br><br>I don't remember any of this happening, but my parents told me about it when I turned 18. <br><br>When I was 3, I was in a grocery cart with my siblings (I have 4, I'm the youngest and we're Irish twins - 11 months apart). We were in the grocery store with our mom and her sister. They were looking through one of the isles, and they looked away for a second and I was gone. Now, there were two entrances/exits from the isle they were in and they were at one end. They ran down to the other end and I was gone. They were so scared and I'm told they looked EVERYWHERE for me. They were looking for a few minutes and finally found me eating Cheerios w/ milk and sitting in a shopping cart. It was 2 men (w/ short buzzed hair) and a woman and they all had black jackets w/ hoods. There was a child's car seat in the shopping cart (I had Cheerios and milk in sippy cups). My mom said they just looked straight at her w/ blank stares and she came running over and got me. They went straight to the car and drove away.<br><br>My Mom told me she didn't think about it much after that day basically just thought it was weird, but after I told her about my experience in college (you'll see that post if you look through my history), she started thinking back and realized it was probably the same people. She called the police station to see if there were any reports of missing children around that time, but they looked and found nothing. It was THE most terrifying experience she had as a parent and it still bothers her to this day.
