My short story is so bad it has become a joke

Wanna know what's worse than having a shitty story? It's reading a comment that says your story is so bad it will be the funniest story I'll read this year... A friend I gave my first draft to said that. I'm trying not to take it to heart but I just can't help but feel a bit hurt.<br><br>Should I let it slide and try to pick myself up?
