Why do I see "This page is not available" when attempting to access the index.html page of my website?

I recently created a website which needed to be hosted online. Currently, I have done the following:<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>I created a repo. I uploaded all my website files into it. I connected the repo to Vercel and Netlify.<br><br>I tried to access the website via Vercel and Netlify, both gave me the "This page is not available" page. <br><br>I am at a dead end, and I do not know why this is happening. Why would they give me a "This page is not available" page when I try to access my website that I hold the rights too?<br><br>&#x200B;
