I found out that 8 people in my department make more than double what I do, 3 of them make 4x what I do. I feel like quitting and never looking back. Has anyone ever felt this way?

I'm a data analytics manager that is seriously considering quitting my job because I feel like I'm being ripped off. I used to love my job, I loved my company and I loved my job. I found out from transparent sources (posts online, LinkedIn, internal sources) that 8 people in my department make $200k+, 3 of those people make over $400k+ and 1 of them makes $500k+. I found out I make around $120k.

I just feel conflicted because if I left now, I would be leaving a 20 year established company with a great work life balance. Everyone loves our team that I manage and I just feel like the stars aligned and I landed in this perfect career. I feel like I have everything I need to be happy and fulfilled.

I just feel like my salary is a joke compared to even the lowest paid people in my department which is demotivating me.
