Every time I listen to a podcast I'm always exposed to the same ads. I have a bad feeling that we're being spied on through these ads

I hear ads for Casper mattress, Black Irish Whiskey, and a bunch of others that have made it into my ear numerous times, just as a few examples. It doesn't matter what kind of podcast I listen to at this point. I've heard these same ads so many times over they're stuck in my head. I honestly think we're being spied on and they're trying to manipulate us into buying things because I keep hearing the same ads over and over.
