It feels so bad to raise a kitten that barely remembers me as their mom.

I had a litter of six kittens and was so smitten with them, it was so hard to let them go. <br><br>One of them is coming back to me next summer, but the rest I most likely won’t see again. It feels as though I’m raising them to give them away, it feels like I should be the one raising them their whole lives.<br><br>The mama-kitten bond feels so strong but it’s as though I’m abandoning them. <br><br>Does anyone else feel this, or am I just being overly sensitive?
